FOUR BIG QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER

– what are the key challenges you face as a producer?

– what excites you currently about producing?

– what strengths and capacities do you bring to this forum?

– anything else? questions, thoughts, ideas, etc

METHOD:

  • people wrote one response per post it note (as many as they wanted in total) and then placed those under each of the four question headings
  • then we split into three groups taking one heading each to see what topics mentioned, what themes might emerge, etc
  • each group reported back to others on the whole sheet, and identified between four and six top things that came out from that exercise
  • identify and collate a list of the top 12-18 themes/ ideas/ issues/ questions/ challenges etc
